a thriving, specialty cafe business with two locations in Temescal. She built the company from
the ground up and was hands on in all aspects of design, build out, lease negotiations – as well
as day to day management. Following the opening of her second shop she worked on tenant curation
with the developer of the adjacent MacArthur Annex, a 27-unit, mixed-use complex constructed
from shipping containers. In 2020 Catherine sold her business to States Coffee x Bread to focus
on commercial real estate full-time. Catherine brings these real-world successes with her as the
newest member of the N&Y team. Her specialty is leasing and sales of commercial property in the
East Bay, with an emphasis on retail and restaurant spaces and opportunities. In particular she
enjoys helping clients refine their vision and achieve their goals. Catherine has a Fine Arts
degree from California College of the Arts.
